How close is the Asylum CoLab to North Station?
We’re typically a 2–4 minute walk from North Station, depending on your stride. Guests can step off the Green Line, Orange Line, or Commuter Rail and arrive almost instantly.
What MBTA lines are closest to the venue?
The closest transit options are the MBTA Green and Orange Lines, both accessed through North Station. This makes it painless for attendees commuting from Brighton, Brookline, Jamaica Plain, Somerville, Medford, and beyond.
Is the Asylum CoLab easy to reach from the North Shore?
Yes. The Commuter Rail’s Newburyport/Rockport, Haverhill, and Lowell lines all stop at North Station. North Shore guests can ride in traffic-free and reach the venue with almost no walking.
How far are you from TD Garden?
We’re within a few minutes of TD Garden. Many groups pair their session, rehearsal, or private event at Asylum CoLab with a Bruins, Celtics, or concert night.
Are there good food and coffee options nearby?
Lots. The West End and Bulfinch Triangle are full of cafés, breweries, takeout counters, and quick-bite spots that make breaks easy. If your team wants some of the region’s best Italian food, the Asylum CoLab is steps away from Boston’s historic North End.
What’s the best place to park?
While public transit is the favorite option, there are several convenient garages nearby, including the North Station Garage across the Causeway. The nearby Haymarket Garage offers validation and is a 7-minute walk away from the Asylum CoLab.

Yes. The building and our spaces are ADA-friendly. If you have specific accessibility needs for a class, rehearsal, or private event, reach out via our Contact Page.
Is this a good location for corporate offsites or team-building events?
Very much so. Transit access makes scheduling easier for hybrid teams and anyone coming from different parts of Greater Boston. If you’re considering producing an off-site team building event, visit Asylum Team Building
Can guests easy walk to the North End or Beacon Hill after the event?
Yes. Both neighborhoods are just a short stroll away, which makes dinner plans, post-event hangs, or sightseeing simple.
